HIRING: LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and delivery operations, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, customers and the warehouse team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily delivery and logistics operations.
  • Plan and monitor delivery schedules and routes.
  • Coordinate with drivers, customers, warehouse staff and other departments.
  • Monitor drivers’ attendance, punctuality and delivery performance.
  • Ensure deliveries are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Handle delivery delays, discrepancies and customer enquiries.
  • Monitor loading, unloading and proper handling of goods.
  • Ensure vehicles, equipment and delivery documents are properly maintained.
  • Monitor manpower and allocate work according to operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report significant matters to management.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Singapore delivery and logistics operations.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Able to lead and manage drivers and operational staff.
  • Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.
