Job Description

We are a Transport & Trading Company looking for a responsible and organised Logistics

Controller to support our daily transport, shipping and trading operations.

Job Responsibilities

. Handle shipping-related tasks, including processing and updating shipment records.

. Coordinate and follow up on shipment and delivery schedules.

. Prepare, check and maintain shipping and transport documents.

. Support permit declaration and other relevant documentation.

. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, drivers and warehouse teams.

. Visit warehouses when required for document preparation and operational coordination.

. Monitor shipment status and follow up on delivery arrangements

. Assist with daily transport and logistics operations.

. Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries and related documents.

. Follow up on outstanding documents and operational matters

. Provide administrative support for transport and trading activities.

. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

. Relevant experience in transport, logistics, shipping or trading is preferred.

. Good communication and coordination skills.

. Able to handle documents accurately and efficiently.

. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

. Good organisational and time-management skills.

. Familiarity with Singapore transport and logistics operations is an advantage.

. Malaysian candidates with E-Pass eligibility are welcome to apply.
