The posting

Join the dynamic and fast-paced team at ENC Cargo Pte.Ltd. as a Logistics Coordinator. Working in our Changi Airfreight Centre office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of our freight forwarding and cargo handling services. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the exciting world of logistics and supply chain management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Liaise with clients, carriers, and other vendors to coordinate the movement of goods domestically and internationally
  2. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork
  3. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to counterpart on the progress of their deliveries
  4. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain
  5. Maintain accurate records and data related to all logistics activities
  6. Assist with the implementation of process improvements and the development of new services

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with counterpart and vendors
  3. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  4. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service
  5. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
