Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist | Fortune 500 US MNC

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to manage shipment schedules and ensure timely updates.
  • Arrange and oversee logistics operations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure smooth coordination throughout the shipment process.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, while providing regular shipment status updates to the relevant internal departments.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or relevant field preferred
  • Keen in Logistics & Supply Chain industry but no experience are welcomed
