As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage day-to-day site logistics activities to guarantee the smooth, timely movement of goods across the supply chain.
- Maintain complete control of site trailer parking space and conduct daily master inventory updates to ensure full asset tracking across all operational yards.
- Monitor GPS tracking systems across all company vehicles and trailers.
- Conduct regular stock takes and physical inventory audits.
- Track and schedule all vehicles and trailers due for mandatory inspections to maintain fleet reliability.
- Enforce driver and site staff adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
- Handle statutory customs declarations and address submission exceptions with relevant border/port authorities as required.
- Coordinate directly with local port/terminal operators regarding site personnel and driver access matters.
- Monitor overnight yard parking activity and track trailer equipment usage on-site.
- Compile and submit accurate operational documentation to the Finance department for billing detention, overnight parking, and equipment usage fees to clients.
- Track driver overtime hours and liaise directly with clients and drivers regarding billable overtime.
Requirements
- Possess Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum 2 years of experience
