The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Handle equipment purchases from regular suppliers.
  • Arrange and coordinate on-time deliveries for regional and international shipments.
  • Process orders received under the guidance of the Logistics Manager and in collaboration with team members.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
  • Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status.

Requirement:

  • Able to read and write Mandarin.
  • Relevant shipment and logistics experience is required.
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound shipping is essential.
  • Strong planning and monitoring skills for purchases and shipment schedules.
  • Familiarity with the OCI system is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
