Our client is lobal EPC leader specialising in engineering solutions, delivering ultra-clean and sustainable facilities for high-tech industries.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop BIM models and drawings across project stages, including tender, construction, shop, coordination, and as-built documentation.
- Review and clarify engineering and architectural designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Support the design team in producing detailed drawings such as site plans, layouts, sections, elevations, and technical details.
- Maintain and update drawings and models in accordance with design revisions, ensuring proper version control and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and Qualified Persons to support submission drawings and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards and effective space coordination.
- Develop 2D/3D BIM deliverables, perform material take-offs, and support clash detection and resolution during coordination meetings.
- Support or lead BIM model development (for senior roles), including mentoring team members and ensuring deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma, technical certificate in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficient in CAD design and coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D and P&ID (or equivalent tools) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver projects on time in accordance with specifications.
