The posting

Work location: Central (Nearest Mrt: Tanjong Pagar) Working hours: Monday to Friday - 08:45am – 17:45pm Salary Range: S$4,000.00 - S$6,000.00 per month, with incentive payout for achieving sales target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and achieve individual revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients across Singapore.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct client presentations and develop compelling proposals tailored to each client’s event objectives and requirements.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable meetings, conferences, and event solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to plan and coordinate events.
  • Oversee event requirements and ensure the smooth and successful delivery of meetings and events.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales activities, maintain accurate pipeline records, and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in MICE, events, or agency environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred; candidates with relevant experience and qualifications will also be considered.
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of consultative / solution-based selling
