  • Lead improvements to automated workflows supporting post-purchase and downstream service fulfilment processes.
  • Review key functional and technical outputs produced by the maintenance teams to ensure they meet expected quality standards before testing, deployment, or client submission.
  • Ensure the appropriate business and technical approvals are obtained before changes are introduced into the production environment.
  • Maintain oversight of solution quality and ensure maintenance deliverables align with agreed business requirements, system architecture, security requirements, testing practices, documentation standards, and release procedures.
  • Track team performance across areas such as service levels, workload, incident volume, recurring issues, root causes, resolution timelines, backlog health, and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide regular maintenance and service performance updates to the Service Delivery Manager, supported by clear metrics, trends, risks, and action items.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service reliability, team efficiency, preventive maintenance practices, and operational processes.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to priorities enhancements and ensure maintenance activities remain aligned with operational needs.
  • Support effective knowledge sharing, documentation, and collaboration between functional and technical team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Experience managing incidents, defects, problem resolution, root-cause analysis, and escalation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple technical and functional workstreams while balancing operational priorities and service-level commitments.
  • Experience overseeing application enhancements, testing, release coordination, and production deployment activities.
  • Strong understanding of change control, approval processes, quality assurance, and release governance.
  • Experience working with dashboards, operational reporting, analytics, KPIs, and business intelligence requirements.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, data-related issues, and troubleshooting across interconnected enterprise applications.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate specialists across different functional and technical disciplines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with business users, technical teams, vendors, and service management stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze service performance, identify recurring operational issues, and drive structured improvement initiatives.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Candidates must be available to work on a shift or roster basis, including weekends and Singapore Public Holidays, where required by operational needs.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading maintenance or support teams within an enterprise, managed services, or client-facing technology environment.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise platforms involving multiple business functions, integrations, reporting components, and external systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices covering incident, problem, change, release, and service-level management.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation, operational process automation, or document-generation solutions.
  • Exposure to customer analytics, customer 360, CRM, business intelligence, or data-driven reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with Microsoft enterprise technologies, including platforms such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or related business applications, would be advantageous.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
