Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic consulting team focused on delivering impactful solutions across various industries. This role emphasizes digital transformation and strategic business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead specific workstreams within consulting projects and oversee deliverables from planning to completion.
  • Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and business performance analyses.
  • Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, and executive recommendations.
  • Foster productive relationships with client stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Support project leads in maintaining effective communications with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing client projects through additional support and advisory services.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, research, and development of presentations for prospective clients.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants and analysts.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge, methodologies, and practice initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in business consulting, focusing on digital process transformation and IT solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with a robust record of managing medium to large-scale client engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting engagements related to business strategy, digital transformation, and operational improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to develop complex recommendations based on analytical insights.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards.
