About Us Established in 2011, Kyung Hee Taekwondo Singapore is a professional Taekwondo academy providing structured training programmes for children and adults.

Job Summary

Support the daily operations and team management of Kyung Hee Taekwondo Singapore to ensure smooth academy operations and quality service for students and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Taekwondo academy to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Manage student registration, attendance and course fee records.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries and communications from parents.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and daily work assignments.
  • Identify and implement improvements to operational processes and work efficiency.
  • Assist with administrative and management tasks to support the overall operation of the academy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Degree in Accounting, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in the education or academy industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of responsibility.

Other Information

Working Hours

  • Tuesday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday – Sunday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Monday: Rest day
  • Working schedule is negotiable

Salary

  • SGD 3,300 – 4,500 per month
