About Us

AGrader Learning Centre is a tuition and enrichment chain with 20 outlets islandwide. We are looking for a dependable, people-oriented individual who is ready to take on operational responsibility and grow into managing a centre.

What You Will Do

You will undergo structured onboarding before progressively taking on full ownership of your assigned branch. Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Run the daily operations of your assigned branch — covering student enrolment, class scheduling, documentation, and fee collection, among others
  • Address enquiries from parents on programmes, schedules, and fees accurately and professionally across walk-in, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Serve as the main point of contact for teachers and HQ on centre matters
  • Coordinate a small team of part-time staff to keep daily operations running on time and to standard
  • Take ownership of an assigned business sub-role — for example, tracking student retention, coordinating teacher schedules, or managing programme rollouts
  • Engage with students and parents directly and professionally at every touchpoint

What You Will Gain

  • Practical experience running a live service operation — enrolment, scheduling, fee processing, and parent communications

  • At ease taking the lead — able to guide and coordinate a small team with confidence and maturity

Working Hours

This is a full-time position of 41 hours per week inclusive of meal time. At least one weekend day per week is required as centre peak hours fall on weekends. Exact schedule confirmed at interview.
