Job Summary

Lead daily operations to optimize procurement, supply chain, and inventory control. Manage teams and supplier relationships to achieve business targets and support strategic expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including food resource procurement, supply chain coordination, and inventory control to ensure smooth business functioning
  • Lead and supervise team execution of operational processes to meet and exceed business performance targets
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and partners to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Assist in formulating and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth and expansion
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently while fostering team collaboration and performance

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and team members
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations or related functions to ensure competent leadership and execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Management, Supply Chain, or related fields to support operational knowledge and strategic input
