💼 Job Scope • Lead hospital emergency preparedness and crisis response programmes • Develop and implement emergency plans, SOPs, and readiness exercises • Coordinate responses to emergencies, including pandemics, IT downtime, and operational incidents • Manage the Emergency Planning team and oversee daily operations • Support Operations Centre activation, post-incident reviews, and business continuity planning • Manage emergency equipment, budgets, procurement, and stakeholder coordination

✅ Requirements • Min. Degree in any discipline • Min. 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, emergency planning, crisis management, or related fields • Min. 2 years of supervisory experience • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
