Job Description & Requirements

The Managing Director will provide the strategic vision, policy establishment, and executive leadership necessary to drive business growth and operational excellence across the company’s extensive customer portfolio in south east Asia, Oceania region, and middle-east countries. Serving as the primary architect for market expansion, the role and responsibilities will be:

1. champion high-value client relationships;

2. capture new commercial opportunities;

3. formulate strategies from holistic group perspective, and

4. ensure the flawless delivery of local projects and services.

Critically, the Managing Director will also act as the vital bridge to the Japan headquarters and broader regional teams, aligning local operational objectives with global corporate strategies while fostering a high-performance culture across the Singapore organization.

· ProfessionalExperience:10+ years of progressive leadership experience in regional business operations, especially in the industrial adhesive

· Operational& Project Oversight: Strong background in supervising complex project delivery and service management, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and Singapore’s local regulatory compliance guidelines

· Language: Ability to speak and/or write Japanese is an advantage

· Preferred qualification: Bachelor degree or relevant work experience and track record
