Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's overall business strategy, corporate planning and operational activities.
  • Identify and evaluate strategic investment and business opportunities in technology-related sectors.
  • Oversee investment assessment, commercial evaluation, due diligence and portfolio development.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with investors, business partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Review business performance, financial plans and key operational matters, and implement appropriate business improvements.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and strategic discussions with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new investment and business opportunities.
  • Develop cross-border business opportunities and support the company's growth in Singapore and the wider Asian market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in senior management, investment management, corporate strategy or business development.
  • Proven track record in senior management, strategic decision-making and leading business initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in investment evaluation, commercial assessment, due diligence and portfolio development.
  • Experience in technology-intensive industries, particularly semiconductor or related sectors, will be highly valued.
  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing senior-level business relationships.
  • Experience in managing cross-border business or investment activities across Asia will be an advantage.
  • Strong commercial judgement, leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
