Provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, gel nails and other nail treatments.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and personal grooming at all times.

Recommend suitable nail designs, nail art and colour options based on clients’ preferences and requirements.

Assess the condition of clients’ nails and provide appropriate advice on nail care, maintenance and suitable treatments.

Properly clean, disinfect and sanitise all nail tools, instruments and equipment before and after each use, in accordance with hygiene standards.

Ensure that workstations, treatment areas and equipment are kept clean, sanitised and organised at all times.

Monitor nail products and supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels and promptly reporting any shortages.

Advise clients on nail care products, colours and aftercare practices to maintain healthy nails and prolong service results.

Promote and recommend nail care products, services and suitable add-on treatments to clients.

Manage client appointments, attend to walk-in customers and process payments accurately when required.

Provide professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Follow the salon’s standard operating procedures, service standards, hygiene protocols and company policies.

Perform other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
