  • Establish risk-based qualification strategies and action plans for new step-function improvements.
  • Contribute to platform-level process standards and best practices.
  • Support development of scalable architectures for assembly, calibration, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own critical mechanical and/or mechatronic assemblies, printed circuit assemblies (PCA/PCBA), electronics modules, and complete products within the MSAT platform team -- throughout the full product lifecycle, from development through obsolescence.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Global Manufacturing, Product Marketing, Global Supply Chain, Quality Science & Technology (QSAT) and other engineering groups.
  • For NPI projects, serve as the central Global Operations technical point of contact, representing the factory/production system.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
