Job Description

  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, promotional campaign and company events such as Roadshow, Workshop, training and Exhibition
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Maintain and update corporate website and LinkedIn page
  • Assist sales department in reaching out to all customers
  • Carry out, monitor and assess customer surveys
  • Perform regular promotional e-mailers promoting newly launch products and increase company awareness
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Liaison with internal and external staff in coordination of company events such as Roadshow, Workshop, training and Exhibition
  • Participate in company’s stock-take exercises
  • Assist in receiving / re-directing phone calls to relevant personnel
  • Coordinate office maintenance with vendors eg. Air con, fire extinguisher, cleaner
  • Maintain pantry and office supplies
  • Collaborate with Finance on billing matters
  • Assist in coordination of ISO and BizSafe Audit

Requirements

  • Business Admin or Marketing-related diplomat or equivalent professional qualification
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
  • Technical marketing skill such as cold calling, knowledge in managing website and marketing activities
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge in engineering automation industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (eg. Goldmine), Website Content Management, designing software (eg. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
  • Well organized, meticulous and effective at prioritizing
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-starter
