Key Highlights:

  • Be a part of a team supporting public sector communication and transformation initiatives, where you will contribute to creating engaging content, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to drive effective internal engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and dissemination of communication materials such as EDMs, videos, event collaterals, announcements, and other engagement content.
  • Work with internal teams to gather information, develop communication content, and support outreach efforts.
  • Assist in organising events and engagement activities, including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, participant registration, and on-site support.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, preparing meeting arrangements, and managing documentation.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on operational and administrative matters.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of communication design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Experienced in copywriting, content creation, or editing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with virtual engagement tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different stakeholders.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
