About Zaccha

Zaccha is a Singapore immune health company. We are the next evolution of Chinese medicine for ageing well.

Our product, T-cell Activator®, is formulated around GPComplex®, a patented, standardised extract of Chinese licorice root. It is protected by five patents, manufactured in GMP-certified facilities here in Singapore, and third-party tested every batch. It is supported by over 25 years of studies, including human studies and randomised controlled trials, a level of rigour that few immune health supplements can match. It supports the body's T-cell function and its ability to regulate its own immune response.

The company was founded by a family that began funding this research in the early 2000s, long before there was a product to sell. That patience is still how we operate. Our customers stay with us for years.

We are a small team. We move quickly, we document what we learn, and we expect people to own their work.

Purpose of the role

To produce the volume of creative work the brand needs, on brand and at pace, and to run our customer events on the ground.

The founder sets direction, writes the hooks and headlines, and decides what we test. You turn that into finished work.

Content and creative

  • Edit short-form video for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube using CapCut or similar
  • Build static social posts and ads in Canva from our existing templates
  • Produce multiple variations of a concept so we can test what performs
  • Adapt existing assets across formats and placements
  • Schedule and publish across Instagram and Facebook, including in-app features such as audio and effects
  • Draft captions from supplied direction, in our voice
  • Keep the content calendar current

Events

We run four Seasons of Health customer events a year in Singapore, along with activations

  • Venue, vendors and supplier coordination
  • Invitations, RSVPs and reminders by email and WhatsApp
  • Setup and running the day itself
  • Photo and video capture on the day, edited into content afterwards
  • Post-event follow-up

Marketing execution

  • Upload approved ads to Meta and Google
  • Build and schedule approved emails in Klaviyo
  • Repurpose existing content into new formats

What you need

  • Experience producing social content, whether from a job, an internship, freelance work, or your own projects. We care more about what you have made than how long you have been making it
  • A portfolio. Social posts, statics, or edited video you made yourself
  • Confident in Canva. Confident editing video in CapCut or similar
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of how you work
  • An eye for design. You can tell when something is off brand without being told
  • Fast on new tools and platforms
  • Based in Singapore, and available for four weekend events a year
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage

This role suits you if

You would rather make twenty things than talk about making one. You care how work looks and you notice small details. You are comfortable being given a direction and left to execute it.

Applying

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your CV
  • A portfolio link, or three samples of work you made yourself
  • One short video you edited, any length
  • Your earliest available start date

Applications sent through the platform's apply button, without an email, will not be reviewed.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a working session where we build something together.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
