About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing, business development, customer engagement, and brand building.

You will work closely with our team to develop and execute marketing initiatives while gaining exposure to real-world business and client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Support social media, digital marketing, and content creation initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Assist with events, roadshows, networking sessions, and client engagement activities
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners
  • Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
  • Collaborate with different teams to support business growth initiatives
  • Participate in training and development programs to strengthen marketing and business skills
