The posting

SALT Talent is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist in Singapore for a financial services client for 12 months contract role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns, customer propositions, platform initiatives and strategic partnerships, including brand campaigns, product launches, tactical promotions and engagement programmes, in alignment with HQ priorities and business objectives.
  • Develop campaign master concepts, creative frameworks, playbooks and toolkits that can be adapted across markets while ensuring consistency with brand and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Regional Product, Usage and Country Marketing teams to develop and implement customer-centric marketing strategies, communications and campaigns across markets.
  • Coordinate with local marketing teams to drive adoption of regional initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing and enable success transfer across markets.
  • Manage relationships with creative, media and other external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing programmes.
  • Analyse customer needs, market trends, competitive developments and business performance across the region, providing insights and recommendations to inform regional marketing strategies and plans.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics, providing analysis and recommendations to optimise effectiveness and return on investment.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • At least 5 – 8 years of Marketing or Brand Management experience in a financial institution (FI) or direct to consumer business model environment e.g. in FMCG, online marketplaces. Experience across APAC region or Asia is a plus.
  • Good understanding of the retail banking landscape, including cards, payments, lending and digital banking products.
  • The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature, strategic, creative minded with a strong consumer focus, and experienced in media planning, digital and social media marketing.
  • Good branding/design sense with business acumen and able to express opinions on creative work.
