  • Coordinate media engagement and work with external PR/media partners and industry publications.
  • Lead editorial planning and production of TAPA APAC’s LOOKOUT Magazine, including editorial direction, themes and publication schedules.
  • Research and develop articles, interviews, member profiles, feature stories and thought-leadership content.

Executive Presentations & Communications

  • Develop professional, persuasive and visually impactful presentations for the Board, Chairperson, C-suite management and senior representatives.
  • Transform strategic, operational and technical information into clear narratives for senior-level and international audiences.
  • Prepare speaking notes, scripts and key messages for global conferences, industry forums and stakeholder engagements.
  • Work with senior management and subject-matter experts to ensure accuracy, effective messaging and brand alignment.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Analyse performance data to optimise advertising expenditure, content and lead-generation activities.
  • Track marketing KPIs and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
  • Keep current with digital advertising, social media, SEO and emerging marketing technologies.

Creative, Visual & Video Content

  • Use appropriate AI-enabled tools to support content creation, visual design, presentations, video production and marketing productivity.
  • Review materials for accuracy, quality, brand consistency and audience suitability.

Conferences, Exhibitions & Webinars

  • Lead marketing and communications for TAPA APAC conferences, exhibitions, awards, training programmes, webinars and regional events.
  • Plan, organise and host webinars with members, industry partners and subject-matter experts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, venues, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and external suppliers.
  • Provide onsite event support and oversee professional presentation of the TAPA APAC brand.
  • Manage post-event communications, reporting and content repurposing.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with members, partners, sponsors and industry stakeholders.
  • Engage confidently with government agencies, law enforcement agencies, embassies, business associations and industry organisations.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, joint programmes, webinars, cross-promotion, media collaboration and industry engagement.
  • Develop partnership proposals, presentations and supporting communications.
  • Coordinate external content contributions, speaking engagements and event participation.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
