Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and execution of B2B marketing campaigns targeting Singapore SMEs and relevant professional or referral partners.
• Create, coordinate, and schedule approved content for the company website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentation materials, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Assist with basic copywriting, editing, visual-content coordination, and formatting of company profiles, service descriptions, event materials, client communications, and case-study content.
• Help organise webinars, seminars, networking sessions, SME outreach activities, partner meetings, and other business-development events.
• Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, contact lists, content libraries, and basic CRM records accurately.
• Monitor campaign activity, engagement, enquiries, lead sources, and simple performance metrics; prepare regular reports and practical observations for management.
• Conduct desk research on SME market trends, competitor activity, potential client segments, industry events, and relevant marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with external designers, digital agencies, printers, event providers, and technology or solution partners under management direction.
• Support the Business Development Manager with follow-up materials, event administration, lead handover, and marketing-related client communications.
• Ensure public materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with approved company and partner information. Do not make unapproved claims about AI capabilities, implementation outcomes, cybersecurity, legal, tax, investment, or other regulated matters.
• Handle company, client, and prospect information responsibly and follow company policies on confidentiality and personal-data handling.
Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field; candidates with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• At least 2 year of marketing, digital marketing, content, communications, events, or business-development support experience is preferred; suitable entry-level candidates with strong relevant skills may also be considered.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email-marketing tools, website CMS platforms, Canva or similar content tools, and basic CRM or database systems.
• Good written and spoken English, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate business-facing content.
• Good organisation, follow-up, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Able to work primarily from the company’s Paya Lebar office, subject to business needs and company policy.
