The posting

Job Purpose

Supports execution of the Club's marketing, communications, digital content, member engagement and event-promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities

● Support the marketing and communications calendar and campaign execution.

● Coordinate timelines, deliverables and internal marketing requirements.

● Draft and coordinate newsletters, announcements, invitations and member communications.

● Support approved digital/social channels and content scheduling.

● Coordinate photography, video and content production.

● Work with Events & Partnerships on invitations, reminders and event content.

● Assist with copywriting, editing and proofreading.

● Coordinate production of menus, brochures, membership collateral and marketing assets.

● Maintain marketing records, calendars, supplier information and digital assets.

● Assist with quotations, purchase requests, invoices and marketing reports.

Requirements

● Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline preferred.

● Relevant marketing/communications experience advantageous.

● Strongwriting, organisation, digital/social media and attention-to-detail skills.

● Creative, proactive and comfortable working across departments.
