Industry: Ready-Mixed Concrete / Construction Work Arrangement: Flexible / Work From Anywhere Salary: Will be based on the KPI measurement

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Marketing & Lead Generation to support our ready-mixed concrete business.

This is a flexible work-from-anywhere position. However, the candidate will be required to attend the office as and when needed for meetings, reporting, discussions and other work requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new and upcoming construction projects in Singapore.
  • Search BCA and other relevant construction/project sources for potential business leads.
  • Identify and collect useful project information, such as: Project name and location Main contractor / subcontractor, Developer Project status, Contact person, Contact number and email address
  • Identify contractors and companies that may require ready-mixed concrete.
  • Build and regularly update a database of projects, contractors and potential customers.
  • Conduct cold calls to introduce our company, products and services.
  • Follow up with existing or inactive customers who have stopped ordering and identify any new or upcoming requirements.
  • Carry out marketing and lead generation through phone calls, email and WhatsApp.
  • Send company introductions and marketing information to relevant contractors and project contacts.
  • Follow up with potential customers to identify opportunities for quotations or further sales discussions.
  • Pass qualified leads and potential business opportunities to the Sales team for follow-up.
  • Maintain proper records of all leads, contacts and follow-up status.
  • Submit regular lead generation and marketing activity reports to management.

KPI / Performance Measurement

Performance will mainly be measured based on:

  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Number of new construction projects identified
  • Number of new contractors / potential customers identified
  • Number of relevant decision-maker/contact details obtained
  • Cold calls, emails and WhatsApp marketing activities completed
  • Number of inactive/existing customers successfully re-engaged
  • Number of qualified opportunities passed to Sales
  • Quality and accuracy of lead information
  • Follow-up progress and reporting

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, marketing, telesales, business development or sales support is preferred.
  • Construction, ready-mixed concrete or building materials industry experience will be an advantage.
  • Good at online research and finding potential business opportunities.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and contacting new customers.
  • Able to communicate professionally through phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be responsive and provide regular progress updates.
  • Able to attend the office as and when required for meetings, reporting or work discussions.
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills for maintaining project and lead databases.
