The posting

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaign Execution & Implementation

  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of iTEA’s marketing campaigns, including new product launches, festive campaigns, new store openings, anniversary campaigns, promotions, member campaigns, and offline pop-up events.
  • Break down campaign plans into actionable tasks and drive execution through to completion.

2. Marketing Collateral Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Coordinate and follow up on online and offline marketing materials based on campaign requirements, including store posters, table stickers, standees, banners, digital screens, vouchers, event props, and promotional gifts.
  • Liaise with designers, production houses, and suppliers to manage artwork, sampling, production, delivery, and store installation,
  • Ensuring all materials are ready and launched on schedule.

3. Store Marketing Execution

  • Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns across iTEA stores, including communicating campaign details, coordinating the delivery and display of marketing materials,
  • Briefing stores on campaign mechanics, and conducting on-site execution checks. Identify and resolve issues that arise during store-level implementation.

4. New Product & Promotion Launch Follow-Up

  • Support the Marketing team in launching new products and promotional campaigns.
  • Follow up on promotional pricing, offer mechanics, participating stores, POS systems, apps, delivery platforms, and related marketing materials to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and launched according to schedule across all channels.

5. Offline Events & On-Site Execution

  • Support the preparation and on-site execution of pop-ups, brand events, new store openings, and consumer engagement activities.
  • Coordinate venues, marketing materials, manpower, prizes, equipment, and external suppliers to ensure smooth event operations.

6. Supplier & External Resource Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers for printing, production, event setup, logistics, promotional gifts, and other marketing-related services.
  • Follow up on quotations, samples, production, transportation, and on-site execution, while maintaining proper records of relevant information and expenses.

7. Project Timeline & Progress Management

  • Track project timelines and key execution milestones.
  • Coordinate closely with Marketing, Design, Social Media, Product, Operations, Stores, IT, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely communication of progress,
  • Identify potential execution risks, and deliver projects according to schedule.

8. Campaign Data & Post-Campaign Review

  • Assist in collecting sales data, campaign participation data, voucher redemption figures, store feedback, and on-site campaign materials.
  • Consolidate campaign results and provide support for post-campaign reviews and future optimization.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, Marketing Operations, or a related role. Experience in bubble tea, coffee, F&B, retail, or FMCG industries is preferred.
  • Strong execution and project coordination skills, with the ability to quickly break down campaign plans into actionable tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Familiar with offline marketing campaigns and store-level marketing material execution. Experience in new store openings, new product launches, promotional campaigns, pop-ups, or brand events is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately verify campaign dates, pricing, promotional mechanics, participating stores, marketing materials, and launch information.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple internal departments, stores, and external suppliers.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with good time management and on-site problem-solving skills.
  • Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to handle day-to-day English work requirements in the Singapore market.
  • Able to take a Marketing Campaign from the planning stage and drive it through to successful execution and implementation.
  • Experience working in the Singapore / Southeast Asian market.
  • Experience with chain bubble tea, coffee, F&B, or retail brands.
  • Experience in store marketing and new store opening execution.
  • Experience supporting large-scale events, pop-ups, or brand activations on-site.
  • Familiarity with printing, production, event setup, logistics, and other marketing supplier processes.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign launch processes across apps, POS systems, and delivery platforms.
