We are looking for a creative, results-oriented Marketing Specialist to drive consumer traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate quality customer enquiries that convert into sales.

Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that generate consumer engagement, drive traffic, and support conversion growth across digital and offline channels.

You will play a key role in creating impactful marketing materials and campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer traffic, lead generation, and enquiries.
  • Create engaging marketing materials including social media content, digital ads, brochures, presentations, videos, and promotional assets.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data, and identify opportunities to improve results.
  • Support branding, product launches, promotional events, and partnership campaigns.
  • Build brand awareness and customer engagement across local and international markets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Highly proactive, creative, and performance-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and content creation skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, or campaign management preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in FMCG, wellness, healthcare, biotech, beauty, or consumer products industries is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics, and design platforms is preferred.
