The Marketing Specialist drives ADDX's investor marketing: structured product (SP), commercial paper (CP) and fund launches, investor engagement, educational content and brand growth across B2B and B2C.
You will work with Private Capital Markets (PCM), Product, Data, Design, Legal and Compliance to deliver campaigns that are compelling and fully compliant with financial services regulations.
Focus split: roughly 70% internal (product launches, investor engagement and retention to drive revenue and volume) and 30% external (brand positioning and growth ideas for B2B and B2C).
Key responsibilities 1. Product launches
- Plan, execute and analyse SP, CP and fund launch campaigns
- Translate product features, risks and value propositions into clear investor-facing messaging
- Partner with PCM, Product, Data, Design, Legal and Compliance for aligned messaging and on-time delivery
- Measure launches against KPIs (transaction volume, MAU, engagement) and apply learnings to future campaigns
- Maintain the master marketing calendar to avoid overlaps and maximise impact
2. Investor engagement and retention
- Drive platform engagement depth and MAU growth through ongoing communications
- Build, test and deploy campaigns in Braze/CleverTap: email, push notifications, tray notifications
- Apply audience segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing to lift engagement and conversion
- Monitor engagement metrics and surface insights for retention strategy
3. Educational content
- Produce clear content that simplifies complex investment topics for accredited and high-net-worth investors
- Cover explainers, product insights, market perspectives, in-app content and FAQs
- Work with PCM, Legal and Compliance to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Build and maintain ADDX's investor knowledge base
4. LinkedIn and spokesperson content
- Support LinkedIn content for four designated ADDX spokespeople and ADDX's company channels
- Ideate posts that build thought leadership, grow followers and expand reach
- Align spokesperson content with brand messaging and regulatory guidelines
5. User growth ideas (B2B and B2C)
- Generate concepts for investor acquisition: social campaigns, referral programmes and partnership activations
- Work cross-functionally to test acquisition ideas from ideation to pilot
6. Events
- Coordinate investor events, webinars and client engagement activities, with PCM co-leads where activation-related
- Manage logistics, timelines, stakeholders and vendors
- Develop event materials, invitations, registration communications and post-event follow-ups
7. PR support
- Help prepare press releases and media briefs
- Support agency coordination and briefing for campaigns, launches and announcements
- Keep PR messaging consistent with investor-facing communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content or communications, preferably in financial services or fintech
- Experience running campaigns across channels such as email, social, and events, for either B2B or B2C
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn) analytics and scheduling tools
- Understanding of or strong interest in financial services industry
- Familiarity with MAS rules on financial promotions and compliance-reviewed approval processes, or willingness to learn them quickly
- Comfort working with data to measure and improve campaigns
