Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical modules and components for automation equipment and machinery accurately to meet production standards
- Prepare cables, assemble control boxes, and perform electrical wiring and routing to ensure proper system functionality
- Align machines, conduct input/output (I/O) checks, perform testing, and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to guide assembly and wiring tasks
- Apply fastening, locating, and drilling skills to assemble mechanical parts securely
- Perform wire stripping, labeling, soldering, and crimping to support electrical wiring tasks (preferred skill)
- Travel overseas as required to support assignments and projects
Requirement
- Possess a Professional Certificate, ITE certification, or equivalent qualification
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Basic electrical skills including wire stripping, labeling, soldering, and crimping
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies
