About Us: Tet Lee Precision Engineering Pte Ltd is a well-established company specializing in high-precision engineering solutions for the semiconductor industry. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced QC Inspector to join our innovative and collaborative team. If you have experience in quality control and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you and have you contribute to our commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Job Description

  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products, including semiconductor or precision components with tight tolerances, to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional checks using tools such as Mitutoyo Quick Vision, calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
  • Accurately record inspection findings on quality check sheets and maintain proper documentation and traceability.
  • Report and follow up on defects, non-conformances, and any quality issues
  • Work closely with Production and QA teams to investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support internal and external audits, customer inspections, and other quality-related assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and recommend processimprovements for continuous enhancement.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 yearsof QC experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Hands-onexperience with inspection tools, procedures, and measurement equipment (MitutoyoQuick Vision, gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.)
  • Proficient inMitutoyo Quick Vision programming
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in root cause analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and follow standardized procedures
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on, production environment, including overtime as needed.
