Job Summary

Join Platinum Medical as an Orthopaedic Sales Representative to drive adoption of advanced surgical solutions by building relationships with surgeons and hospitals, providing clinical support, and achieving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and hospital staff to support product adoption
  • Present and demonstrate orthopaedic implants and surgical solutions to healthcare professionals to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Provide clinical support and product education to healthcare teams to enhance their understanding and effective use of products
  • Achieve sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans that contribute to business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in medical device or orthopaedic sales preferred
  • Knowledge of orthopaedic procedures and devices is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse healthcare stakeholders
  • Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach
