Membership Sales Manager

About 33club

33club is an exclusive private members club serving a curated community of entrepreneurs, business leaders, HNW individuals and influential professionals.

Access is not open to the general public and is limited to associates, partners and paid members.

With the introduction of a 3-Michelin-Star chef, expanded F&B offerings and an exciting programme of fashion, luxury and automotive experiences, 33club is growing its membership community.

We are looking for an experienced Membership Sales Manager to take ownership of membership acquisition, sales conversion and member growth.

This is a results-driven sales role requiring a highly independent individual who can prospect, build relationships, conduct meetings, follow up and close membership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Sales

  • Own the full membership sales process from prospecting to conversion.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified HNW prospects.
  • Identify entrepreneurs, business owners, senior executives, investors and professionals who fit the 33club membership profile.
  • Conduct membership presentations and private meetings.
  • Explain the value proposition, benefits and experiences available to members.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and referrals.
  • Convert qualified prospects into paid members.
  • Achieve agreed monthly and annual membership targets.

HNW Prospecting

Proactively build a personal network of HNW individuals and senior business professionals.

Generate prospects through:

  • Personal networks
  • Referrals
  • Existing members
  • Corporate partners
  • Bank relationships
  • Private bankers
  • Wealth managers
  • Events
  • Business communities
  • Strategic introductions
  • Develop a systematic prospecting and follow-up process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline.

Corporate & Partner Referrals

Work closely with the Marketing & Corporate Partnerships Manager to convert corporate relationships into membership opportunities.

For example:

Bank partnership → qualified HNW client introductions → membership presentation → membership conversion.

Corporate partnership → senior executives/founders → membership opportunity → conversion.

The Sales Manager owns the conversion, while the Marketing & Corporate Partnerships Manager owns the corporate relationship/channel.

Events & Guest Conversion

  • Attend and actively participate in 33club events.
  • Identify high-potential guests and prospects.
  • Follow up with relevant guests after events.
  • Convert qualified event attendees into membership prospects.
  • Build relationships before, during and after events.
  • Use the club’s F&B, Michelin-starred chef, fashion, automotive and lifestyle experiences as part of the membership sales proposition.

Member Referral Programme

  • Develop and manage a structured member referral pipeline.
  • Encourage existing members to introduce suitable prospects.
  • Maintain relationships with key members who can generate high-quality introductions.
  • Track referrals and conversion rates.

Sales Reporting

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

Report weekly/monthly on:

  • New prospects
  • Meetings
  • Qualified opportunities
  • Follow-ups
  • Applications
  • Membership conversions
  • Revenue
  • Forecast membership sales and identify gaps against targets.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in:

  • Private clubs
  • Luxury hospitality
  • Private banking
  • Wealth management
  • Luxury brands
  • Premium F&B
  • Real estate
  • Automotive
  • Financial services
  • High-end lifestyle businesses
  • Proven track record in relationship-based sales.
  • Experience selling to HNW individuals or senior corporate executives is highly advantageous.
  • Strong personal network and relationship-building ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability.
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable using CRM and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Confident dealing with senior executives, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals.
