Job Summary

To assist the Admin Manager in providing general administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth operation and fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and dispatch all necessary documents promptly to support order fulfillment
  • Raise purchase orders and process invoices to maintain accurate financial records
  • Generate sales orders, invoices, and packing lists to support sales and shipping operations
  • Prepare internal documents and reports to aid departmental decision-making and record-keeping
  • Sort, file, and archive documents systematically for organized record management and easy retrieval
  • Liaise with suppliers to place orders, provide feedback on goods and services, and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by the line manager to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Use MS Office applications proficiently to complete administrative tasks efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and external suppliers
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt by taking on tasks beyond current job scope to support operations
