  • Create and maintain rolling forecasts, identifying month-to-go and year-to-go risks and opportunities while recommending actions to improve business performance.
  • Partner with Marketplace teams to evaluate markdown and promotional strategies, ensuring alignment with brand, inventory, and financial objectives.
  • Help drive consistency and alignment in markdown and pricing strategies across multiple consumer channels.
  • Monitor sales trends, forecast ending inventory positions, identify potential risks, and recommend actions to optimize inventory productivity.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor key performance metrics, identify business trends, and provide recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketplace, Buying, Merchandising, and other business functions to support integrated planning and execution.
  • Lead and participate in regular business reviews with Marketplace and Buying teams, providing updates on performance, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
