Microsoft 365 Developer – SharePoint & Power Platform

Location: Singapore Specialisation: SharePoint Online | Microsoft 365 | Power Apps | Power Automate | SharePoint Migration

We are looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 Developer to support the modernisation of collaboration, document management and business processes using SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

The role will focus on migrating content and workflows from legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, while also developing practical solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. You will work closely with business users and technical teams to understand requirements, execute migration activities, troubleshoot issues and deliver user-friendly workplace solutions.

  • Salary Package: Up to $9500 (basic)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the migration of SharePoint sites, documents, metadata, permissions and workflows from legacy environments to SharePoint Online.
  • Perform content assessment, migration mapping, remediation, testing and validation activities.
  • Execute and monitor migration jobs using tools such as ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager or similar tools.
  • Investigate migration errors and resolve content, permission, metadata and workflow issues.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, views, navigation and access permissions.
  • Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve productivity.
  • Develop or modify lightweight SharePoint solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript or SharePoint Framework (SPFx) where required.
  • Support user acceptance testing, cutover activities and post-migration support.
  • Work with users to validate migrated content and gather feedback for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot SharePoint, workflow, application and access-related issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation, migration reports, test scripts and user guides.
  • Support continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 and digital workplace solutions.

Requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on experience supporting or developing SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions.
  • Practical experience with SharePoint Online, including sites, document libraries, lists, metadata and permissions.
  • Exposure to SharePoint migration activities, such as content assessment, migration execution, validation or issue remediation.
  • Experience with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager or similar migration tools would be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience developing or maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Basic development knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Exposure to SPFx, React, Microsoft Graph or REST APIs would be an advantage.
  • Good troubleshooting, testing and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with business users and technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on and willing to learn new Microsoft technologies and tools.

Preferred Experiences

  • Experience with SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Server or other legacy collaboration platforms.
  • Experience supporting SharePoint migration cutovers, UAT or post-migration hypercare.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Lists, Forms, Dataverse or Power BI.
  • Basic understanding of records management, retention policies, access controls and information governance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or other AI-enabled workplace tools.
  • Experience working within regulated, enterprise or security-conscious environments.

You will contribute to the migration and modernisation of legacy collaboration platforms, helping users transition to a more effective Microsoft 365 environment. You will also build practical applications and workflow automations that reduce manual effort, improve collaboration and simplify day-to-day business processes.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys hands-on technical delivery, SharePoint migration and Power Platform development, and wants to deepen their expertise within the Microsoft digital workplace ecosystem.
