  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network operations, preferably in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
  • Possess relevant network certification such as CCNA, Fortinet NSE/FCP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, routing, switching, and basic network security operations.
  • Network troubleshooting, routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, firewall, VPN, andwireless support.
  • Understanding ofcybersecurity controls, change management, incident management, and IT service management practices.
  • Ability to maintain network documentation, diagrams, asset records, and operational procedures.
