Objective: Administer, monitor, and secure enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and strict SLA compliance.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Admin: Provision, configure, and manage core networking and security hardware, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, WLCs, NAC appliances, Load Balancers, VPNs, and Proxies.
- Incident Response: Execute rapid fault isolation and root-cause analysis for network degradation and outages under high-pressure scenarios, strictly adhering to ITIL incident workflows and SLAs.
- Network Operations: Monitor network telemetry, traffic patterns, and security events utilizing enterprise Network Management Systems (NMS).
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date network topology diagrams, configuration backups, RMA pipelines, and capacity planning metrics.
- Vendor Management: Drive technical escalations and integrations with ISPs, telcos, and third-party vendors for circuit provisioning and hardware onboarding.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on operational experience in enterprise network and security infrastructure management.
- Certifications: Active CCNA (or equivalent vendor certification) and ITIL Foundation.
- Education: Diploma in Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
- Core Competencies: Strong L2/L3 routing and switching, firewall policy administration, highly analytical troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with ITSM platforms.
