The posting

Job Description

  • Prepare ingredient trays for NFS practical lessons and examinations
  • Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchens, including cooking areas, tables, sinks and waste bins
  • Assist with ordering food, kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies
  • Monitor ingredient stock and expiry dates
  • Clean refrigerators twice a year
  • Wash and fold kitchen towels and aprons
  • Report kitchen defects to the Operations Manager
  • Perform other duties assigned by the school management
  • No service required during specified school holiday periods, unless requested by the school
  • Simple English communication and cooking skills preferred
  • Insurance coverage will be provided by the awarded contractor

Requirements

  • Preferably at least secondary education
  • Preferably 1 year of experience as an FCE Kitchen Assistant in a secondary school
