Summary Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: $1,900
  • Attendance Allowance: $100
  • Night Shift Allowance: $20/night
  • OT: Available
  • Work Schedule: 12-hour night shift, 3 days work / 4 days off, then 4 days work / 3 days off (rotating cycle)
  • Benefits: AWS + Bonus
  • Company Transport: Singapore ↔ JB
  • Industry: Medical / Injection Molding Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce medical components.
  • Operate semi-automated and fully automated assembly equipment.
  • Monitor machine parameters, cycle times and material flow during production.
  • Conduct visual and measurement inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Identify and report defects such as short shots, flash, burns and warpage.
  • Record production output, rejects and process deviations accurately.
  • Report machine issues and quality abnormalities to supervisors.
  • Assist with minor machine adjustments, cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
  • Follow ISO 13485, FDA and GMP requirements for medical manufacturing.
  • Maintain cleanroom hygiene, PPE and workplace safety standards.
  • Keep the workstation clean and organised according to 5S practices.
  • Perform other production duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • No experience required – training will be provided.
  • Willing to work in a 12-hour night shift environment.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing / cleanroom environment.
