About Our Client

Our client is a globally recognised technology and financial services organisation experiencing significant growth across Asia Pacific and international markets.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the overall office facilities
  • Coordinate office moves, expansion projects, and space planning initiatives
  • Partner building management, service providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain operational excellence
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors including facilities, catering, maintenance, and office service providers
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, invoice processing, and resource allocation activities
  • Plan and execute employee engagement, wellbeing and community-focused events
  • Support onboarding initiatives and help create a positive employee experience

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 5 years of experience in office management, facilities management, hospitality, events, or employee engagement in similar industries
  • Has strong experience managing multiple external vendors and service providers
  • Exposure to workplace expansion, office relocation, or facilities-related projects
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Experience handling budgets, expense management, and operational administration
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills, working with different level stakeholders
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, expense claims systems and AI tools.
