A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth administration across its Singapore office. This is a pivotal role, working closely with HR, partners, and regional leadership to drive efficiency, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the firm’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage office administration, personnel, and facilities functions.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Oversee facilities, vendor management, space planning, and office services.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and cost‑control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, workplace safety, and firm policies.
  • Drive employee engagement through wellness, diversity, and community initiatives.
  • Provide responsive support to attorneys, clients, and firm leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ office administration experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven management experience with strong HR/employment law knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and firm applications; ability to work extended hours when required.
