The posting

Location: Near labrador park mrt (pasir panjang region)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekend support may be required occasionally. If a public holiday falls on a Sunday, support will be required to cover reception on Monday, and off-in-lieu will be provided.)

Contract: 3 months - extendable subject to performance & business needs

Salary: up to $4,300/month (based on relevant experience)

Job scope:

● Deliver a professional and friendly front-of-house experience by greeting employees, clients, visitors, and contractors, managing reception coverage, and supporting access and visitor processes

● Act as a key point of contact for workplace and facilities requests, logging issues, coordinating with the relevant teams or service providers, and following through to support timely resolution

● Provide daily administrative support for site operations, including meeting room coordination, workplace requests, office supplies, records, and general coordination tasks

● Support vendor and contractor visits by welcoming visitors to site, assisting with sign-in procedures, and directing them appropriately in line with site requirements

● Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house and meeting room environment, while supporting event setups and other workplace logistics as needed

● Monitor and report site issues such as maintenance concerns, housekeeping gaps, safety observations, or service disruptions to the appropriate contacts

● Support health, safety, security, and workplace compliance processes by following site procedures, assisting with incident logging where needed, and serving as a reliable on-site point of coordination

Required Qualifications:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in reception/workplace support within a corporate office / property management /corporate real estate environment

● Experience working in a professional environment with high service expectations and multiple stakeholder groups

● Comfortable using Google Workspace, workplace systems, and helpdesk tools to support daily site operations
