Online Sales Executive – Leather Restoration

Honest Crafters – Singapore

Honest Crafters specialises in the restoration and care of leather products, including luxury bags, shoes, wallets, furniture and automotive interiors.

We are looking for an Online Sales Executive with relevant experience in leather restoration and leather products. This is important because our customers rely on our sales team to understand the condition of their items and recommend the right restoration solution.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle daily customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and online platforms
  • Review photos and understand customers’ leather restoration needs
  • Recommend suitable cleaning, repair, colour restoration and other leather services
  • Prepare accurate quotations based on the condition and restoration requirements
  • Follow up actively on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales
  • Arrange or conduct on-site assessments when required
  • Upsell relevant services where appropriate
  • Work closely with our crafters and operations team on more complex cases
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • MUST have relevant working experience in leather restoration and leather products
  • Good knowledge of leather types, common damages, repair and restoration methods
  • Able to assess leather items from photos and communicate possible solutions clearly
  • Sales experience with leather goods, luxury products, furniture, automotive interiors or related services is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident in following up, negotiating and closing sales
  • Comfortable managing multiple online enquiries at the same time
  • Self-driven, responsible and results-oriented
  • Able to work closely with crafters and understand the practical limitations of restoration
