What You’ll Do: Launch & Lead: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team for our new outlets.

​Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to smash revenue targets and capture market share.

​High-Touch Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with a discerning clientele and identify new VIP opportunities.

​Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine sales scripts and closing techniques.

Requirement: Proven Track Record: Minimum 1–3 years of sales leadership experience (Aesthetic, Beauty, or Healthcare background is a significant advantage).

​Leadership Excellence: Exceptional people skills with the ability to mentor staff and manage customer expectations professionally.

​Ambitious Mindset: Goal-driven, resilient, and passionate about delivering world-class customer service. Mobility: Willingness to travel between outlets to ensure consistent sales excellence.
