Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail stall to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
  • Maintain a high standard of retail cleanliness, hygiene and overall presentation to provide customers with a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the stall, service areas, equipment and surrounding areas are clean, tidy and properly maintained.
  • Ensure products, displays and merchandise are neatly arranged and presented according to company standards.
  • Monitor daily operations and promptly address any operational issues that may affect customer experience.
  • Supervise and guide staff to ensure they follow company procedures, cleanliness standards and service requirements.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and coordinate replenishment where necessary to support daily operations.
  • Monitor staff attendance, work performance and daily task completion.
  • Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving operational or service-related issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, food hygiene and company operational procedures where applicable.
  • Coordinate with management and relevant departments on operational matters, maintenance issues and improvement initiatives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical measures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail operations, outlet operations, hospitality, F&B or a similar supervisory role.
  • Candidates with supervisory or team-lead experience will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of daily retail operations, cleanliness, hygiene and outlet presentation standards.
  • Able to supervise, guide and coordinate staff to ensure daily operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers and management.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
  • Able to identify operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them promptly.
  • Customer-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining a clean, comfortable and welcoming retail environment.
  • Responsible, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.、
  • Willing to work retail operating hours, weekends and public holidays, where required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain simple operational records and reports.
  • Candidates who are able to communicate in English and/or other relevant languages will be an advantage.
