Responsibilities
- Sort out technical activities related to production readiness, including execution procedures for production‑readiness and commissioning‑start‑up plans, resource requirements, oilfield ramp‑down/ramp‑up, input prerequisites for commissioning, start‑up and operation, as well as overall oilfield operation logic.
- Develop MDR documents for production readiness; guide team members in preparing and delivering technical documents to meet the Client’s technical requirements and project contractual obligations.
- Attend weekly, monthly and other relevant meetings for production‑readiness activities and report work progress.
- Provide guidance and training on technical content and execution skills for project production‑readiness, commissioning and start‑up activities.
- Liaise on a day‑to‑day basis with the Client’s commissioning and Operational Readiness teams / personnel. Represent the contractor’s OR commissioning team in communications with the Client, capture technical requirements and feedback implementation progress.
- Participate in various workshops, technical exchanges, solution reviews and other relevant meetings.
- Provide on‑site guidance and supervision during the project’s production‑readiness, commissioning and start‑up phases. Ensure the CSU team completes all work activities under safe conditions.
2. Technical Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Oil & Gas, Materials or relatet engineering disciplines.
- Work Experience: Minimum 10‑year working experience in commissioning, production readiness and plant start‑up for oil‑and‑gas projects.
- Technical Competency: Well‑versed in execution workflows for international projects, particularly Middle‑East projects. Possess solid hands‑on experience for CSU activities; proven track‑record in preparing CSU‑related MDR documentation; competent in CSU risk identification and safety management.
