The posting

At Far East Flora Market, we support the daily movement of flowers and products across our wholesale operations, retail spaces, and online orders.

We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organised, and being part of the behind-the-scenes team that keeps daily operations moving smoothly.

If you enjoy operational environments, teamwork, and hands-on responsibilities, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Picking and preparing flower orders accurately
  • Packing products for deliveries and customer collections
  • Supporting stock replenishment and inventory movement
  • Assisting with daily warehouse and operational duties
  • Handling flowers and products with care
  • Supporting operations during peak seasons and festive periods
  • Helping maintain a clean and organised working environment

Who We Think Will Fit This Role

  • Someone responsible, organised, and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically comfortable with standing and moving throughout the day
  • Willing to learn and support different operational tasks
  • Team player with a positive working attitude
  • Prior warehouse or operations experience is a bonus, but not required

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone reliable who enjoys being part of a hardworking team environment.

Join The Team

At Far East Flora Market, we’re more than just flowers.

From wholesale operations and retail experiences to large-scale flower shows and seasonal events, we’re building a space where flowers, people, and experiences come together.

We’re looking for people who are reliable, kind, hands-on, and excited to grow with us.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a 60-year local flower business
  • Work in a unique environment surrounded by flowers, events, and creative projects
  • Exposure to wholesale operations, customer experience, and large-scale activations
  • Opportunity to grow together with a fast-evolving business

Before You Apply

We’d love to hear from you personally. Instead of just sending a resume, tell us:

  • Why you’d like to join Far East Flora Market
  • What kind of environment you enjoy working in
  • Something about yourself outside of work
  • Why do you think you would be a good fit for the role?

Along with:

  • Earliest start date
  • Expected salary
  • Whether you are applying for full-time or part-time

Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
