Company Description

BugleRock Capital Pte. Ltd. (formerly o3 Capital Advisors Pte. Ltd.) is the International Multi-Family Office and Asset Management division of BugleRock Holdings, a leading Wealth and Asset Management group with over US $4 billion in Assets Under Service. Based in Singapore, the firm serves high-net-worth families and institutions with comprehensive wealth management and investment solutions. BugleRock Capital combines global investment capabilities with a client-centric approach, focusing on long-term capital preservation and growth. Team members benefit from working in a dynamic, internationally oriented environment with exposure to sophisticated financial products and global markets.

Role Summary

This role provides administrative and coordination support to the Risk & Compliance and Operations functions at BRCPL, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. The successful candidate will handle documentation, data entry, tracking, and correspondence, and will be expected to run these tasks with minimal oversight given prior experience in a similar environment, acting as a dependable right hand who executes reliably and helps build out process, rather than someone looking to own strategy independently.

BRCPL is a boutique wealth and asset management business, the team is small and the candidate should be comfortable working directly with senior staff, picking up tasks outside a strict job description, and adapting as priorities shift, rather than operating within a large, process-heavy back office.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance and Risk Support

● Collect, organize, and file KYC/AML documentation received from investors and counterparties

● Enter and update investor/counterparty records in Regtank or other internal trackers when required

● Prepare document packs for onboarding (checklists, standard forms, cover notes) for senior review

● Maintain and update compliance registers, logs, and trackers (e.g., PAD declarations, screening logs, CDD refresh schedules, 3rd party Due Diligence)

● Send reminder and follow-up correspondence to investors for outstanding documents

● Maintain tracker for regulatory reporting while ensuring that data is collected properly for filing to the regulator

● File and organize regulatory correspondence and compliance records

● Support scheduling and logistics for compliance training sessions or audits

● Assist in maintaining the Risk Register and tracking of Key Risk Indicators

● Assist in the preparation of Management Board and Investment Board Minutes and tracking of Action Items

Operations Support

● Prepare and format routine investor communications (notices, updates) from templates provided

● Track subscription documents, capital call/distribution notices, and confirm receipt/completion status

● Maintain fund records and filing systems across BRCPL’s sub-funds

● Coordinate logistics between compliance, operations, fund administrators, and other service providers

● Assist with data entry and formatting for reports and internal trackers

● Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree, finance, accounting, business or economics preferred

● 3 to 5 years in a financial services environment (bank, fund administrator, wealth or asset management firm), in an administrative, operations, or compliance support capacity

● Working familiarity with KYC/AML documentation flows and fund administration processes

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring trackers and deadlines with minimal supervision

● Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive documents

● Good written English for correspondence and document preparation

● Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
